In its pursuit of engineering excellence, ETS has devised its proprietary project management system specifically designed for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services in investment projects, known as PMS-PMC. This systematic approach to project management draws inspiration from industry best practices and is consistently applied to substantial investment projects in cases where clients haven’t mandated the use of their own management system.
The flexibility of PMS-PMC allows for customization to meet the unique needs of ETS’s clients, serving as a foundational element for the successful execution of projects. Grounded in the management framework established by the Project Management Institute (PMI), this system not only adheres to established standards but also permits seamless adaptation to evolving requirements in the future.
